Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill this full-time, permanent role as an Accounts Assistant for Hales Group.

About the Role:
  • Balancing financial accounts and ensuring accuracy.
  • Reviewing and reconciling company bank statements.
  • Handling debit and credit control processes.
  • Organising and filing financial paperwork.
  • Processing payroll for all staff.
  • Producing monthly management accounts and assisting with budget creation.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual accounts.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 21 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
