Support Worker in Inclusive Learning Environments

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide vital support to children with special educational needs in schools across the area. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:- You will work alongside students, providing emotional and practical support to help them navigate the school day and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to each student's needs.
- Build strong relationships with students, providing empathy and understanding to help them feel comfortable and confident.
- Assist students with daily tasks and activities, such as mobility and communication.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
- Experience working with children or adults with special needs is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and environments.
- A competitive salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
