Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Inclusive Learning Coach to join our team as a KS1 SEN Teacher. This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary

This position involves delivering tailored education programs to students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Work closely with SEN support staff, teaching assistants, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters emotional and academic growth.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Previous experience teaching KS1 and/or SEN students (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
