Exceptional Care Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Elmbrook Court. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.
  • Supporting family members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Actively participating in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Working closely with the management team and other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Be a compassionate and caring individual, with a strong commitment to respecting the dignity and autonomy of our residents.
  • Be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided.
