About the Role

Care First 24 Ltd is seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our in-house Paediatric/Children's Clinical Lead and experienced Paediatric/Children's Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tracheostomy care and management
  • Administer medication
  • Assist with personal care, including washing and nappy changes
  • Perform suctioning (Yankeur/Deep Suctioning)
  • Manage PEG feeding
  • Conduct diabetes blood monitoring
  • Provide oxygen therapy
  • Assist with catheterisation
  • Use dual port - Gastro-Jej
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in Paediatrics
  • Availability for 10 hour shifts, including day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekends
