Job Description

Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at HOTEL CO 51 UK LIMITED. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the UK Central region.

About the Role

  • Evaluate and respond to sales leads, arranging appointments for the Regional Sales Manager
  • New Business Development: prospecting and developing corporate accounts with meetings, events, and group requirements
  • Support sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients
  • Research and identify new leads
  • Provide marketing support with content creation and digital tasks

About You

  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in hotels in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk
  • You should have strong organisational skills, a drive for business development, and top communication ability

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including ongoing training and support through Marriott developments and internal 1:1s with your line manager. This role is an ideal way to progress into a sales management role within a forward-facing, ambitious company.
