About the Role

As a Counter Team Lead for Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of sales advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store/counter, with total control over creating and executing a business plan that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.

As a key member of the Estee Lauder team, you will work closely with other leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Work closely with other leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and improve customer experiences

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
