Lead Automotive Service Advisor

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced automotive service advisor to join our team as a lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales across the Halfords group.

Job Summary:

  • To provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • To drive sales across the Halfords group by proactively engaging with customers and recommending products and services.
  • To lead and support your team to deliver sales and meet targets.

About You:

  • You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally in a sales or service-based role.
  • A proven track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets, through converting conversations into opportunities.
  • Experience of supervising and coaching others, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge.
  • A keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products and services.
