Tungsten Automation Corporation is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to lead our global ecommerce operations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance the checkout user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages.
  • Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, reporting, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
