Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager - Ecommerce

Kofax is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager - Ecommerce to drive our global ecommerce operations forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and target audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and execute detailed campaign plans, including promotional emails, landing pages, and content marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, reporting, and analysis to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and automate manual processes.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C ecommerce, with a preference for subscription and global experience.
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end ecommerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer-facing functionality.
  • Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, VWO experience is ideal.
