Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Kofax is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, reporting, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement best practices for converting free trial users to paid customers, with a strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C ecommerce, with a preference for subscription and global experience.
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end ecommerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer-facing functionality.
  • Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
