Ecommerce Marketing Manager - eCommerce

Tungsten Automation Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager - eCommerce to join our global team. As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will oversee and optimize our global ecommerce operations, focusing on enhancing the checkout user experience, managing payments and promotions, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages, including writing, selecting images, compiling requirements, and ensuring quality assurance before launches.
  • Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, content, and SEO.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, reporting and analysis, analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and automate manual processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ecommerce marketing and operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
