Ecommerce Marketing Strategist

Tungsten Automation is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Strategist to join our global team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will oversee and optimize our global ecommerce operations, focusing on enhancing the checkout user experience, managing payments and promotions, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages.
- Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, content, and SEO.
- Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, reporting and analysis, analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and automate manual processes.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field.
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C Ecommerce, with a preference for subscription and global experience.
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end Ecommerce processes, including website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer-facing functionality.
- Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and thinks creatively to get the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
