Job Summary:
Careerlink Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Peripatetic Healthcare Professional to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with disabilities, working closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure optimal care.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized plans to enhance their independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on equipment and adaptation solutions, empowering individuals to live safely and confidently in their own homes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and legislative changes, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and inform service development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders, promoting open communication and trust.
