Patient Relations Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Patient Relations Advisor to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient experience and delivering compassionate care.
About the RoleThis role will involve working closely with patients, families, and staff to resolve concerns and complaints. Key Responsibilities- Manage patient complaints and concerns through effective listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement recommendations from patient feedback to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including concerns and resolutions.
- Contribute to training and development programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in patient relations and complaint management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, or healthcare management).
- Proven experience in patient relations, complaints handling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
