About the Role

As a Strategic People Advisor at Grant Thornton, you will be responsible for supporting the business on people annual life cycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach people managers in the effective management of their people, including performance concerns, absence, and investigation and disciplinary cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business on people annual life cycle activities
  • Guide and coach people managers in the effective management of their people
  • Deliver on our people strategy, people deal, people initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle

Requirements

  • Experience within a generalist HR function working with large client groups
  • Ability to support the business with employee relations activity
  • Strong stakeholder management and adaptive communication skills
