Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, reporting, and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  1. Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for designated business areas, ensuring accurate financials and providing valuable insights on variance trends.
  2. Create monthly reports for budget holders and leadership, highlighting delivery against departmental budgets and offering actionable recommendations.
Business Partnering
  1. Act as a key advisor to budget holders, delivering financial expertise to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives, leveraging cost analysis and resource optimization expertise.
  3. Drive innovation by developing creative solutions to complex problems and supporting change implementation and delivery.
  4. Promote continuous improvement of Finance processes and management initiatives.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
  • A finance professional with relevant experience, demonstrating career growth and advancement.
  • Expertise in preparing financial and performance reports, including an understanding of management information reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP, planning, and reporting platforms; Oracle Fusion experience is desirable.
  • Able to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear, concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A results-driven track record of achieving business outcomes and improving financial performance.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence business stakeholders across functions.
