About the Role

Stanton House is a leading Healthcare business based in Oxfordshire, and we are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and wider benefits.

You will be responsible for providing financial insights and driving business decisions during a significant period of growth. This is a newly created position, and you will be responsible for driving FP&A activity and delivering crucial financial information across the business.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide FP&A support to the Group Finance Director and wider business
  2. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  3. Develop long-term cash flow forecasts and projections
  4. Drive business performance through commercial finance insights and business partner senior business unit stakeholders
  5. Build and develop financial models and spreadsheets
  6. Utilise PowerBI for financial reporting and analysis
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Required Skills and Experience

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Previous experience driving the budgeting & forecasting process
  • Previous Business partnering experience to non-financial stakeholders
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Experience of working in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to operate in a matrix structured organisation
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Excellent communicator with both finance and non-finance professionals of varying levels
  • Process Excellence mindset
  • Able to build relationships
  • Good time management and organisational skills
