Salary: £54,317 to £55,267 per year

The Strategy and Performance Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans, ensuring alignment with Council priorities and standards. You will oversee a team of asset and technical specialists, driving program delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic asset management plans.
  2. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
