**Job Description**

This role is part of our Primary Network Design unit, responsible for designing and developing the 132kV, 66kV, and 33kV distribution network system throughout National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED). Our goal is to ensure NGED remains compliant with applicable Distribution Licence conditions by balancing short-term and long-term network development.

**Responsibilities**

  • Compliance management: ensuring NGED adheres to Distribution Licence conditions
  • Network development: building connections and optimizing solutions
  • Strategy and planning: optioneering and ensuring long-term considerations
  • Interface management: collaborating with ESO and NGET for network interface issues

**Salary and Benefits Package**

As a graduate, you'll receive a competitive starting salary of £34,895, plus a range of benefits, including flexible hybrid working, a tailored development programme, a £2,000 bonus, 26 days holiday, and £2,400 payment on programme completion.
