Job Description:
We are recruiting for an Enhanced Recovery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of enhanced recovery care pathways for patients undergoing major abdominal surgery.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of healthcare services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of enhanced recovery care pathways for patients undergoing major abdominal surgery
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on enhanced recovery principles and practices
- Maintain accurate records and databases relevant to the speciality and role
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with experience working within Colorectal Surgery
- Evidence of continuing professional development in related speciality
Compensation Package: £48,000 - £65,000 per annum
