Job Description

The Sundry Debt Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely recovery of adult social care accounts and sundry income, as well as case managing customer accounts.

This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain sundry debt accounts, liaising with internal and external account holders, particularly Adult Social Care clients and other organizations.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,700 - £27,400 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in our Finance department.

  • Maintain sundry debt accounts, liaising with internal and external account holders.
  • Correspond with residents and businesses by email and phone contact (inbound and outbound).
  • Take ownership of case work to accurately review and maintain accounts.
