An established and successful national safety company based near Stockport is seeking a flexible finance professional with experience in invoicing and credit control within the construction industry.


The Role:



  2. Work from the office on Tuesdays in Stockport (Must live near Stockport)
  3. Hrs are 15-25 hrs pw (Negotiable)
  4. Freedom to work any hrs as long as the work is done on time
  5. Invoicing £350k-£400k pm to construction industry clients
  6. Send out 250 invoices per month
  7. Using XERO
  8. Trustworthy and able to recognise and flag problems when needed
  9. Building relationships with regular clients' finance teams
  10. Obtain PO numbers when needed
  11. Work closely with the Operations Manager
  12. Justifying invoices to clients
  13. Suggest solutions to found issues
  14. Provide Copy Invoices when needed
  15. Chasing Aged Debt
  16. Ability to work with different client invoice procedures
  17. Month End Reporting
  18. Escalate non-payment to legal route
  19. Clear promotion and career progression to Finance Manager in the future
  20. Laptop and Screen provided

The Person:



  2. Stockport-based Finance Professional with experience in Credit Control and Invoicing
  3. Flexibility to work from the Stockport office on Tuesdays and the rest of the time from home
  4. Existing Right to work without sponsorship within the UK
