The Ritz London Concierge Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London as a Night Concierge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional five-star service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is truly unforgettable.


Reporting to the Head Hall Porter, you will work closely with other departments within the hotel to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This includes communicating with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring that all hotel services are provided to the highest standard.


To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a "Can Do" attitude, and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be able to work well within a team and possess strong organisational skills.


Key Requirements



  • Relevant experience in a five-star property is highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
