Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Head Concierge to oversee the Concierge Desk operations at The Peninsula London. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations, and maintaining a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Concierge Desk team in providing personalized service to guests, ensuring seamless experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel, its offerings, and the local area, including city activities, events, and attractions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the hospitality, culture, and events sectors to provide exclusive experiences for guests.
  • Supervise, motivate, and performance manage department colleagues to maintain a culture of excellence and compliance with the company's mission, vision, values, and core principles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Concierge Operation, with at least 2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.
  • Thorough knowledge of available city activities and events.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a naturally positive attitude.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency, with expertise in a second language desirable.
