About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at The Langham, London. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to guests
  • Arrange for delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, or mail and liaise with Front Office
  • Ensure items are correctly recorded and stored safely if necessary
  • Assist guests with various requests and enquiries, such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and obtaining tickets for social events
  • Promptly and accurately take messages and deliveries
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area, theatre shows, restaurants, and other facilities that guests may require
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5* luxury environment service requirements. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, in English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT and systems skills (Microsoft Office, GoConcierge, Opera)
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Pro-active behaviour and leading by example at all times
  • Ability to solve problems and make balanced decisions
