POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Artist to join our team in Salford. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing accurate and high-quality packaging artwork for leading household brands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend client meetings as necessary to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all production client deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork, effectively using industry-standard software, tools, and print techniques.
  • Perform assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and assigned budget, according to work order specifications, industry, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and the client's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure the client project team has the most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining project plan information into the project tracking system.
  • Meet quality standards consistently for all assigned deliverables and make recommendations to Management for improvements in reports, tools, processes, and assigned tasks.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field

• Experience in a pre-press, graphic arts, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proficient computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, Adobe Design Suite, Acrobat, and QuarkXpress

• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications

• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)

• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts

• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients

• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting

• Ability to work overtime as necessary
