POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Artist to join our team in Salford. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing accurate and high-quality packaging artwork for leading household brands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend client meetings as necessary to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all production client deliverables, adhering to industry and company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective artwork and repro strategies to meet client needs.
  • Perform assigned tasks within the production workflow, adhering to work order specifications, industry and company SOPs, and client brand guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate project information and communicate status updates to the client project team.
  • Meet quality standards consistently for all assigned deliverables and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field

Experience in pre-press, graphic arts, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, Adobe Design Suite, Acrobat, and QuarkXpress

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning

Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients

Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting

Ability to work overtime as necessary
