Job Summary:
Randstad Internal Resourcer is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their Education team in Liverpool. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new client relationships, managing existing ones, and growing client accounts through business development and sales calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source and present high-quality candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the Education team to achieve sales targets and grow client accounts.
