Position Title: Human Resources Services Team Leader

Salary: £32,974.74 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As the Human Resources Services Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the delivery of first-line support to staff and management throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, training and development, payroll, and system management, ensuring a streamlined resolution process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the provision of first-line advice and support on all employee lifecycle aspects, ensuring efficient resolution of queries.
  • Assist the HR Services Manager in developing and executing cyclical plans and performance standards, while identifying and mobilizing resource needs.
  • Guide and nurture a diverse team of HR Administrators to deliver a consistent and timely service, focusing on individual and team development.
  • Collaborate with business partners and HR teams to create a customer-centric service, continuously evaluating and enhancing service delivery standards.
  • Oversee the administration and transactional processes, ensuring accurate data handling and compliance with established standards.
  • Manage complex inquiries and customer dissatisfaction, ensuring effective resolution in line with performance expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and service delivery capabilities.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on service performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards within the HR Services framework.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and undertake additional duties as necessary to support operational effectiveness.
