About the Role:
As a Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging atmosphere for young children. You will work closely with experienced educators, supporting daily routines and play-based learning that encourages curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters social skills. You will also assist with hands-on activities, guide children through moments of exploration and discovery, and make a positive impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the nursery team to plan and execute activities that promote learning, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
- Support children with personal care tasks and ensure a safe, hygienic environment in line with school policies.
Requirements:
A Level 2 Childcare qualification is a requirement for this position. A caring, patient approach with a strong desire to support children's learning journeys is essential. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with young children and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents, are also required. A proactive, positive attitude that inspires children to explore and engage with the world around them is highly valued.
What We Offer:
An estimated salary of £24,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience) makes this an attractive offer.
