KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Assessor/Trainer to join our team.
Annual Salary:£38,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus scheme (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Role Overview:- This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an experienced professional to develop their skills and expertise in Residential Childcare Assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQAOR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare at Level 4 or Level 5.
- Strong competency at Deputy Manager level or above within a Residential Childcare setting.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
