Job Title: Children's Support Worker Leader

SuperCare Residential is committed to providing exceptional care to vulnerable young people, and we're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Children's Support Worker Leader in Eastbourne.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of support workers, guiding them in delivering high-quality care to young people.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the physical, emotional, and social welfare of residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in daily activities, including meals and health checks, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our residents.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in a residential children's home, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Level 3 NVQ or above preferred, with a strong understanding of childcare principles and leadership techniques.
  • Reliable transportation or relocation to Eastbourne required.
