Live-In Support Worker

Trinity Homecare is a multi-award-winning homecare company that takes pride in being a friendly and caring organisation. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Live-In Support Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 live-in support to individuals in their own homes. This will include personal care, prompting and administering medication, companionship and social outings, meal preparation, and general household tasks. You will also be required to complete daily records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
We offer a competitive salary of £117 per day, plus additional benefits such as holiday pay, food and meals included, double pay for Bank Holidays, and free ongoing training. Our Live-In Care workers typically work one week on and one week off, rotating shifts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a patient, kind, and compassionate individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be enthusiastic about helping others.
