At The Eastbourne Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Assistant to join our SEND team. We are entering an exciting phase of improvement and growth, which has enabled us to create two additional Learning Assistant roles. Both positions will assist and support the school in all day-to-day needs of the students, allowing them to access the curriculum and receive a quality education.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The salary for this position is approximately £16,080 - £16,754 per annum, based on 29 hours per week, term time plus 5 staff development days.
