About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Volunteering and Community Engagement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our community engagement and volunteering efforts, working closely with our stakeholders and partners to develop and implement innovative approaches to participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy, focusing on building meaningful relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and delivery of our volunteering program, including the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers.
  • Collaborate with our property leadership team and external partners to identify and develop opportunities for community engagement and participation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with community groups, external stakeholders, and partners to ensure the success of our community engagement and volunteering efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community engagement and volunteering programs, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community engagement, volunteering, and partnership working.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislative requirements and best practices in volunteering and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve programs and processes.
