Nuclear Instrument Specialist

At DTE Energy, we're seeking an experienced Nuclear Instrument Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for electrical control systems and industrial instrumentation. As a Nuclear Instrument Specialist, you'll be responsible for installing, modifying, replacing, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing various instrumentation equipment. This includes analog/digital NIs, data recorders, pH meters, digital programmable logic control systems, PLCs, and DCS.
The ideal candidate will have completed a company-recognized apprenticeship in the trade of I&C or have equivalent experience as an Instrument Repairman A or Nuclear Instrumentation and Control Journeyman. You should also be able to take the Power Plant Maintenance Selection System (MASS) test and attain a Recommended score. Additionally, you must meet regulatory requirements per Fermi procedures and be willing to work rotating shifts and weekends as assigned.
As a Nuclear Instrument Specialist at DTE Energy, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
