As an Instrumentation Technician Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include installing, modifying, replacing, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing various instrumentation, as well as maintaining solid-state electronic equipment and providing technical support to plant groups, off-site groups, and external customers.

You will also act as a job project leader and supervise other technicians, perform surveillance testing, and provide technical reviews of I&C related procedures and work documents. Additionally, you will operate manlifts, bucket trucks, and other company vehicles, build and install test set-ups, and maintain records of repairs and instrument calibration data.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$125,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Qualifications include a completed company recognized apprenticeship in I&C, or working as an Instrument Repairman A or Nuclear Instrumentation and Control Journeyman, or four and one-half years industrial instrument repair experience including two years electronic control systems component repair experience, or six years military nuclear training and technician experience and qualified to perform Nuclear Instrumentation and Control Journeyman functions.
