About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Coating Technician to join our team in Newport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality coatings for our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background, with experience in operating semi-automatic equipment. They will also possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills, as well as being a team player with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

This is a days-based Monday to Friday role, with a competitive salary of £26,000 and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating semi-automatic equipment to ensure high-quality coatings
  • Inspecting parts before and after the coating process
  • Maintaining good housekeeping of your area
  • Developing and implementing effective quality control processes
