This position plays a critical role in our nuclear training program, where you'll oversee all aspects of initial and continuing training. Your expertise will ensure our operators receive the highest level of training to operate our facilities safely and efficiently.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise training instructional staff in implementing SAT.
  • Implement accredited training programs to ensure compliance with NRC regulations.
  • Evaluate training program performance and recommend improvements.
  • Provide guidance and work direction to training instructors and students.
  • Collaborate with line organization and training committees to plan and control training activities.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Eight years of Nuclear power plant experience.
  • Six years of Nuclear Power Plant experience with an Associate degree in engineering, science, education, or related technical field.
  • Four years of industry-related experience with a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have held a Senior Reactor Operator License or Certification at Fermi or a similar facility.
  • Experience must be in Nuclear Technical Accredited Training in one of more disciplines: Instruments and Controls, Engineering, Chemistry, Radiation Protection, Electrical Maintenance, or Mechanical Maintenance.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
