Nuclear Training Program Management

As a Accredited Training Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our training programs meet the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Nuclear Accredited Training Programs, with experience in implementing licensed operator training programs. A Senior Reactor Operator License or Certification is also required. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to pass all phases of in-processing, including a background investigation and psychological screening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement accredited training programs, utilizing the systematic approach to training (SAT) process.
  • Collaborate with the line organization to identify performance deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates on training program performance.
  • Interface with regulatory bodies, such as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Model and reinforce management expectations for industrial and nuclear safety, procedure adherence, and training conduct.

Requirements

A High School diploma or equivalent GED and eight years of Nuclear power plant experience; inclusive of four years of experience in Nuclear Accredited Training Program within specific discipline OR an Associate degree in engineering, science, education, or related technical field and six years of Nuclear Power Plant experience inclusive of three years of experience in Nuclear Accredited Training Program within specific discipline, OR a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering and four years of industry-related experience inclusive of two years of experience with implementation of training programs using the systematic approach to training (SAT) process within specific discipline.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
