Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Instructor to join our team at oilandgas. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing classroom, laboratory, and/or simulator training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training model. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in creating engaging and effective training content that meets the needs of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear instruction, with experience in coaching and mentoring field Subject Matter Expert (SME) presenters. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with line organization to help resolve emerging training performance needs.

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also have the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Designs, develops, and implements classroom, laboratory, and/or simulator training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training model.
  2. Coaches and mentors field SME presenters to ensure maximum student/client benefit and new instructors.
  3. Conducts training in accordance with Nuclear Training procedures, work instructions, and best industry practices.
  4. Represents training on Operations or Technical discipline specific Curriculum Review Committees.
  5. Maintains National Academy of Nuclear Training accreditation for assigned accredited training programs.
  6. Evaluates Training Program Effectiveness through data acquisition, analysis and trending.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Nuclear Instructor Level:

Multi track, must meet one of the following:
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED and five years of related industry experience OR
  • Associate degree in science/engineering/education with three years of related industry experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/education with one year of related industry experience.
