Job Overview:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our team in a training role. As an Electrically biased Engineer from a Manufacturing background, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work on various projects, including electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You will collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex problems and improve processes, while participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance tasks, including routine checks, repairs, and replacements
  • Work as part of a rotating shift pattern (Earlies, Lates, Nights)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

$40,600 per annum + Premium Overtime + Technical Training + 31 Days Holiday + Pension
