About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Water Industry Electrical Technician to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers Ltd.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for modifying control panels and telemetry equipment at various sites across the UK. You will also assist with telemetry outstation replacements and multi-smart systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install electrical systems in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Electrical Safety Rules and Essential Standards.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
  • Ensure high-quality installation of items, meeting project requirements.
  • Promote the company's values and demonstrate them in interactions with colleagues, staff, customers, and clients.
  • Mentor and coach Electrical Improvers and Apprentices.

Essential Requirements:

  • ECS Gold Card.
  • Experience with telemetry outstation replacements or MultiSmart systems.
  • Panel wiring/modifications experience.
  • Industrial experience (preferably in the water industry).
  • Fitness to work medical.
  • UK driving license.
