About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at WB Power Services Ltd. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful commissioning of generators across the nation.

Key responsibilities include conducting site visits to assess generator installations, collaborating with project teams to develop commissioning plans and schedules, performing functional tests, load tests, and performance tests on generators, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to generator operation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during commissioning, providing technical support to field technicians during installation and commissioning, documenting commissioning activities, test results, and any modifications made, and training end-users on generator operation and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, experience working with generators, electrically qualified and registered, able to understand and complete risk assessments, ability to interpret and follow electrical drawings and schedules, and hold a Full UK driving licence.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 OTE, hotel, travel, and food covered, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, management progression opportunities, company vehicle, private healthcare, death in service, and an outstanding employee assistance programme.
