In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a new domiciliary audiology business in a specific territory, providing high-quality services to customers in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Territory:
The provision could include NHS and private services, including screenings, full testing, fittings, and aftercare, as well as microsuction wax removal services. Your territory may cover Ruislip, Wembley, Harrow, Uxbridge, Ealing, Hounslow, Brixton, Kingston-upon-Thames, Staines, Chertsey, and other areas within your designated region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional patient care and manage a team of audiologists or hearing aid dispensers to achieve business objectives.* Maintain high-quality clinical and retail standards across all aspects of the business.* Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive growth and engagement.* Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize business performance and improve patient outcomes.* Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and expand services within your territory.*
