Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to lead our new domiciliary audiology business, expanding Specsavers' Home Visits Service in 2024.

About the Job

In this field-based role, you will work within a specific territory, visiting customers in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to grow your customer base, build a dedicated team, and deliver exceptional service.

The provision could include NHS and private services, such as screenings, full testing, fittings, and aftercare, as well as microsuction wax removal services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Grow your customer base and develop a loyal client base.
  • Build and lead a dedicated team of professionals.
  • Deliver excellent service, ensuring high-quality clinical and retail standards.
  • Critical decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid driving license.

  • Ability to blend leadership, business acumen, and clinical skills effectively.
