The Role: Learning & Development Coach - Midlands
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning & Development Coach to join our team in the Midlands. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our apprentices throughout their Travel Consultant Apprenticeship journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive coaching and development support to apprentices during individual progress reviews, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
- Deliver engaging and inspiring training sessions that motivate learners and facilitate the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop and create compelling training content suitable for both virtual and classroom delivery methods.
- Maintain a strong understanding of safeguarding, Prevent, and British values, ensuring their integration into all training activities.
- Effectively communicate organizational changes and initiatives to apprentices, fostering a positive and informed work environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing department and company technologies to support training delivery and administrative tasks.
- Embrace self-reflection and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach, consistently striving for excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Possess exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for apprentices.
- Proven experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in retail travel sales is highly desirable.
- Experience in delivering training sessions, both remotely and in person.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering core skills training.
- Level 3+ qualification in Education and Training.
- Level 3 assessment award.
- Level 4 Quality Assurance.
