About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Performance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our apprenticeship programs, focusing on quality assurance, performance management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance management of our apprenticeship team, ensuring timely completion of programs and meeting contractual targets.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with our sales team to drive business growth, identifying opportunities for new business development and learner recruitment.
- Work closely with our compliance, finance, and administration teams to ensure seamless delivery of our apprenticeship programs.
- Conduct regular observations of teaching and learning, providing feedback and coaching to our apprenticeship tutors.
- Monitor the delivery of functional skills, ensuring learners develop the necessary skills to achieve program requirements.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar operations or performance management role, with a strong background in apprenticeships and funding streams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong IT skills, with experience working with e-portfolios and software platforms.
- Confident and professional, with a passion for education and training.
- Hold solid occupational experience within an educational or training environment.
