Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise orders and manage the order process with our suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure order data is accurate and up-to-date, and communicate with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Keep our customers informed of the status of their orders, and provide regular updates as necessary.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on issues related to order processing and customer service.
  • Provide supplier performance feedback and work with the team to improve processes and procedures.
  • Perform general administration tasks and maintain a clean and organized digital workspace.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of products and branding methods, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Shipping and courier booking processes, with the ability to manage international and domestic orders.
  • Data input and review skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
